But this cannot stop us from getting excited about the next most anticipated Samsung mobile phone – Samsung Galaxy Note 6. To me, the Galaxy Notes have always excited more than the Galaxy S’. There are already whispers circulating around that the Samsung Note 6 will come with a different and improved build and design.
It is further predicted that this phablet from Samsung will be powered by a 16-core processor, clocking a very impressive speed of 3.1GHz (rather unbelievable though). Samsung might also make the Galaxy Note 6 smartphone compatible with a mini keyboard. These are just predictions and must be taken with a pinch of salt until we come up with something more solid.
#4 Apple iPhone 7
Though Apple is coming up with a new 4-inch iPhone just in a matter of few weeks but it will not be the most advanced iPhone that the Cupertino company will unveil this year. Apple will launch the iPhone 7 later this year in the month of September. There has already been a lot of speculations and rumors about this upcoming Apple smartphone, the most significant of which claim that Apple will be eliminating the 3.5mm headphone jack once and for all, to make the handset thinner.
Apple will continue its strategy of coming up with two iPhone models – iPhone 7 with 4.7-inch display and the iPhone 7 Plus with a larger 5.5-inch display. The models will come packed with the next generation of Apple processors (Apple A10) and will be running the latest iOS X (10) OS. The smartphone is also claimed to feature a dual camera setup at the back. There have also been rumors of Apple bidding adieu to the physical home button.
Let’s check the other rumors doing the rounds and what do we think about it – USB-C port (No), Curved display (Apple won’t be doing Samsung, it would rather be edge-to-edge), Wireless charging (most probably), waterproof (YES). At last, how can this not be in our most anticipated upcoming smartphones 2016.

The battery size will be probably somewhere between 3000-3500mAh. The handset will also be packed with fingerprint scanner and brilliant cameras.
